Specialty Crops: New Book Links Ohio Growers with Institutional Food-service Buyers
Ohio -- A new book called Ohio’s

It’s for farmers and for food buyers -- specifically, food buyers for
institutions, such as colleges, restaurants, hospitals and nursing homes.
