2. Hairy roots; Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated transformation of soybean cotyledons

Soybean Promoter Thematic Groups:

• Thematic groups (Gmubi, GmWRKY, GmERF, GmCons, GmROOT, GmPath) of soybean promoters, which either regulate similar genes or are regulated under similar conditions, were cloned and tested for expression intensities.
