The Glycine max Root-specific (GmROOT) Promoter family
The GmROOT promoter family was selected based on similarities in the expression profiles. Root-specific expression was identified by Marc Libault in the Stacey Laboratory at the University of Missouri. Expression of GmROOT promoters in soybean Hairy Roots can get confusing!
