Ben is pursuing a dual degree in Environmental Science (Agroecosystem Science focus) and City & Regional Planning.  His interests lie at the intersection of food systems and the urban environment.  Prior to graduate school, Ben worked in the arts in New York City while also being active in many aspects of New York's alternative/local foods scene.
