Dear Faculty, Research Staff, and Students:
I want to personally invite you and encourage your participation in
the 2008 OARDC Annual Research Conference to be held at Fisher
Auditorium, OARDC, Wooster Campus, (Directions), on
Thursday, April 17, 2008.
The theme of the conference is “Recasting Our Agbioscience Research
Agenda: Integrated Projects.” I would very much appreciate
your presence at the conference as there will be several
presentations of great interest (Agenda).
Annual awards will be presented for outstanding research
including:
- Distinguished Research Award for Top Junior Faculty and Top
Senior Faculty
- Innovator of the Year Award
- Krauss Award recognizing the best student research paper
- Poster Competition on Graduate Student Research
Projects. First, second and third place posters
will be selected separately for the M.S. and Ph.D competitions.
Awards will be $500 for first place, $300 for second place, and $150
for third place.

Faculty, Staff and Students can now register on-line for the

Please note:
Registration is required
by 5:00 pm April 7 for all faculty, staff and
graduate students who plan to attend the luncheon. Failure to
register may result in forfeiture of lunch.
