Chow Line for 2/29/04: Glycemic index still controversial topic
You said eating sweets doesnt cause diabetes. But Ive read that eating too many foods high on the glycemic index, including sugar, does increase the risk for Type 2 diabetes. Doesnt the glycemic index matter?

Beginner's Bird Walk Scheduled for March 13 in Secrest Arboretum
