Definition of flash: Depress switchhook for one second

1. FORWARD: To forward an extension, pick up the handset and key in #9 then XXXX.
2. UNFORWARD: To unforward, pick up the handset and key in ##9.
3. PICK UP AN INDIVIDUAL RINGING EXTENSION: Pick up the handset and key in *3 XXXX (only when extension is ringing)
4. PICK UP ANY RINGING EXTENSION: (Must be in your pick up group.) Key in **3.
5. HOLD: To place a call on hold, flash and then key in *9. To retrieve a call, flash and then #.
6. REDIAL: To redial last number, key in #7.
7. PARK: To park a call, flash and key in *6 then XXXX. To retrieve a parked call, key in #6 and then XXXX.
8. SPEED CALL: Each extension has a ten-number speed call list (code 0-9) capacity by default. To program, key in #2 then the code (list number) and then complete the phone number. To use, just key in #3 and then the code (0-9).
9. TRANSFER: While connected to a caller, flash then dial the extension you are transferring to.
10. CONFERENCE: While connected to the caller, flash and dial the number you wish to include then flash again. This will include the party. Repeat to add parties you want included up to six maximum including yourself.
