OARDC Career Development

Purpose:  Provide OARDC personnel with grants for education, training and professional development related to their job and career goals.

Committee Membership:  Seven members, six of who shall be appointed by the Director (or designee) to represent a broad representation of OARDC staff.  The OARDC Office of Human Resources manager serves as an ex-officio member.  The committee selects the chairperson.  Members serve three-year terms with two new members appointed each year.
