Adjustments will be made every January 1 hereafter as appropriate.
1. The mileage rate will be the established Federal Government rate approved by the IRS. This rate will be effective for all fleet vehicles used for research, teaching, and extension. The current Federal rate can be found at: gsa.gov. This site should have the latest rates (currently $0.50/mile).
2. The cost for leasing a vehicle from OARDC will also increase to $350 per month for cars and $430 per month for trucks and vans. Both of these costs will be “plus mileage†as they are currently.
