Guidelines For Use of Research Services Building Room 130
Room 130 will be locked unless previously scheduled through OARDC Switchboard
Room 130 will be unlocked 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event
Clients using Room 130 are required to check in at the OARDC Switchboard prior to the meeting, and check out after the meeting at which time the attendant will inspect the room to assure it has been cleaned up, equipment has been turned off, and furniture has been returned to classroom seating
Scheduling, oversight, and client follow-up at the start and completion of each event is handled by OARDC Switchboard attendant
Switchboard attendant will identify and document clients who violate policies and report these to Administration for follow up
During scheduling, identification and documentation of client’s needs will be monitored as indicated through web scheduling system as requested by client
A dedicated PC, video, and phone conferencing system is installed in room 130 to assure on-site resources and clients should be supply flash/jump drives as means to transport their presentation
A CommTech technical representative will assist in the set up and connection of all video conferences that are scheduled in advance
Clients who use room 130 after normal business hours will be provided a list of room use requirements; Wooster Campus police will be notified of the event and the time it will end so they can lock Room 130
