 The "Official Family"

The Board of Directors are elected for 3 year terms at the Annual Meeting, usually held in February.  The current members of the board are:

  • Jim Holman, President

  • Jim Shaw, Secretary

  • Robert Dearth, Vice-President

  • Del Baker

  • Ron Hamilton

  • Sheila Keener

  • Chuck Vrotney

  • Andy Doklovic

  • Pam Schoenberger, Treasurer

The Audit Committee is charged with auditing the books and assuring that the Credit Union rules are followed.  Current members of the Audit Committee are:

  • Jack Bardall, Chair
  • Willis Leach
  • Ron Borton

The Credit Committee is charged with performing credit checks on applicants for loans and approving or disapproving loans.  Current members are:

  • Tom Zimmerman
  • Karen Fedevich
  • Matt DeVore

The office is staffed by:

  • Carolyn Britt, Assistant Treasurer
