2. Rent includes gas, electric, water, access to dumpsters for garbage pickup, computer hook up, cable T.V. hook up and local phone service. Long distance phone service is not included. Apartments have a stove and refrigerator with basic furniture including beds.

2. Apartments are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, dinette, sofa, chairs, table, lamps, and fold-up bed. A coin operated laundry is operated on the premises. No children or pets are allowed.
