Employee Self Service: ePay launches October 18
ePay, the next enhancement to Employee Self Service (ESS), launches October 18. ePay allows you to update tax information (form W-4), manage direct deposit information, and view and print paystubs online. ESS makes it easier for you to manage your personal information; ESS uses your lastname.# or Medical Center ID, eliminating the separate password to access your payroll information.
To access ePay beginning October 18, log on to ESS via hr.osu.edu or directly at www.eprofile.osu.edu.
Counseling Services for OARDC Graduate Students on Wooster Campus
OARDC Director's Office is supporting counseling for OARDC Graduate Students on Wooster Campus through The SourceOne Group. A graduate student can meet with a counselor for up to 6 sessions at no charge. If counseling is needed beyond 6 sessions, the graduate student will be responsible for the cost or they can seek assistance from a mental health provider covered under their health insurance. Graduate students can seek counseling when needed by calling Source One at (330) 345-0955 to schedule an appointment. Identify yourself as an OARDC Graduate Student when calling for an appointment. It is best if the student can meet with a counselor at the SourceOne offices on Milltown Road, Wooster, OH.
The dedicated staff of the SourceOne Group have many years of specialized training. Conversations with SourceOne counselors will be confidential. All records and communication with Source One will be kept separate from your academic file and records at OARDC and OSU.
