Who Can Apply

OARDC Graduate Houses and Apartments are available for OSU graduate students only. If space is available, Visiting Scholars can request to stay in graduate housing for a short term of one to three months.

Application Process

A "Housing Request Form" must be completed by the applicant or his/her designate and co- signed by academic advisor/supervisor or chair/head of academic unit. Housing Application Request Forms can be printed from the Graduate Student Information website or by calling 330-263-3719. When the application form is completed and returned, the applicant's name is logged on the appropriate waiting list (Grad Student Houses or OARDC Apartments). No phone reservations will be considered without a written application. Upon request, the Housing Manager will mail applications to be completed and returned. When housing becomes available, the next applicant or advisor/supervisor will be contacted. Rooms/apartments will be held open for one month before moving on to the next person on the list.
