Important note*

Please contact Susan for the import permit.  For those who will be sending samples from outside the continental United States, please send an ORIGINAL certificate endorsed by a full time veterinarian as stated on the permit.   That certifies that you have followed the import protocol.  Otherwise your samples may be held up at customs.
