Analyzing Spray Structure

The PDPA particle analyzer uses a laser beam passing through the spray cloud to determine the size and velocity distributions of particles in motion. The spray cloud characteristics are being used to develop models to help relate the physico-chemical characteristics of pesticides with their application efficiency.
