Objectives

 

Our goal is to use the cultivable enteric calicivirus, porcine sapovirus/Cowden strain and VLPs as surrogates for uncultivable human noroviruses to study uptake and systemic diseemination within vegetables (lettuce) and test different treatments for virus inactivation.
