MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION PROCEDURES FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

Mandatory
Authors of each oral presentation are urged to submit a full manuscript by January 30, 2002.

Manuscripts should follow the style used for Compost Science and Utilization. Although there are no strict page limits, we request that you limit the manuscript to 10 pages (single spaced) or less than approximately 5000 words. A sample manuscript is available here in .pdf format.

The manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by the Symposium Technical Committee for inclusion in the Symposium proceedings. We will contact you with the review recommendations by February 28, 2002. Your revised manuscript will be due by March 31, 2002. The proceedings will be distributed to all registrants at the Symposium in an electronic format (CD-ROM and/or PDF file) and will also be available for purchase. For more information about purchasing proceedings on CD rom, contact: Ann Miller, at biocycle@jgpress.com. The manuscript may be published in the peer-reviewed journal, Compost Science and Utilization, after the Symposium.

If not, please submit the manuscript in rich text format (.RTF). Note: please include all tables and figures within the body of text as soon as possible after citation. Although it is not required, authors of poster presentations may submit a manuscript related to the presentation for the Symposium proceedings.
