Abstract: The infectivity of Steinernema carpocapsae was not strongly influenced by the production and bioassay methods, whereas the infectivity of S. scapterisci was influenced by both factors. The latter performed better on a layer of sand than on filter paper. The results demonstrated that there are no universal assays even when nematodes had similar foraging strategies |
