Ph.D. Candidate in the Environment and Natural Resources graduate program in Environmental Policy in the Environmental Social Science specialization track. Lillian's dissertation research focuses on the role policy makers play in providing public participation forums in brownfield cleanup and redevelopment projects and how public participation influences the process and outcomes of these projects.
Lillian serves as TA for ENR 400 Winter 2012. She served as a Graduate Teaching Associate for ENR 640 for Autumn 2011 (served in 2009 and 2010), ENR 641 for Winter 2010, and ENR 203 for Spring 2010. Lillian was co-instructor for ENR 400 for Winter 2011, and is instructor for ENR 400, Spring 2011.
She has been a Graduate Research Associate (Summer 2010) with Tom Koontz and performed a study of existing state watershed programs in all 50 states examining how states differ in their approaches to collaborative watershed management.
