For the coolest animation of gfp expression that we have (as of September 06), click here. This is a large wmv file that was assembled by Joe Chiera. It shows gfp expression in proliferative embryogenic tissue of soybean over 2 weeks. Expression is somewhat variable and growth of this type of tissue has never before been documented the same way.
