have a greater understanding of the breadth of the college and its
relationship with the university, the State of Ohio and the stakeholders.
All CFAES staff should have an "equal" opportunity for
participation.
Criteria for Selection: - Program recipients must be staff
members in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences.
Process: 1. Two staff members are chosen to spend one day with Dr. Moser
(total of 4 persons annually). 2. Participants are self-nominated,
annually. 3. Participants are selected by raffle for one of the two
opportunities. Selection should be at least 2-weeks prior to the date of
the program. 4. The actual dates for the program would be determined by
Dr. Moser and the administration based on appropriateness of the day's
activities. If the individual randomly selected out of the submissions is
unable to participate on the chosen date, then another person would be
selected. We suggest such a random program could assist in nurturing a
culture of inclusion and in spreading the spirit of increased involvement.
Communications and Technology is willing to assist with announcements
and follow-up stories for the above mentioned items.
