Plant Disease Diagnostics: Using classical and molecular diagnostic procedures and state of the art technology we can diagnose abiotic and biotic diseases that affect vegetable crops for both state and out-of state stakeholders. Accurate and rapid diagnosis depends on the quality and quantity of the samples submitted for diagnosis. Please follow the suggestions provided in the documents below to ensure samples are received in as good a condition as possible. Please write "Live Plant Sample" on the outside of the envelope or box so that the sample can be delivered directly to the lab.

Ohio Growers: Please send all samples via priority mail to Drs. Sally Miller or Dr. Fulya Baysal-Gurel.
Out-of-state Growers: For inquiries regarding out-of-state disease diagnostic services please contact Dr. Sally Miller (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please do not send samples without first contacting the lab, as USDA-APHIS permits are required for shipping samples from out-of-state. A fee schedule can be downloaded by clicking here.
