You will need a pdf copy of your proposal to complete this proposal submission.
The Principal Investigator must be a faculty member with a CFAES appointment.
If not a faculty member, this person must have permission to serve as an investigator from OSU Office of Research.
The principal investigator will have overall responsibility for the project including report submission.
