note: registration fee has been reduced by elimination of the conference dinner

                          Standard registration (on or before November 25)                    $225

                          Late and on-site registration (after November 25)                     $250

                          Full-time student registration (please send copy of student ID)   $150

            The registration fee includes one complimentary beer or wine at Monday evening's social mixer, breakfasts and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and a conference program.
