Registration

                          Early registration (on or before September 13)                           $200

                          Standard registration (September 14-October 23)                     $225

                          Late and on-site registration (October 24-29)                            $250

                          Full-time student registration (please send copy of student ID)    $150

            The registration fee includes one complimentary beer or wine at Sunday’s social mixer, continental breakfasts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, the Tuesday dinner banquet and a conference program.
